General

New World Map Mission

Setting Up

  1. Download the World Map Mission Template Archive.
  2. Extract the files in \DynamicResources\
  3. Open the DynamicResources folder.
  4. Find 50466 - Your Mission Name.desc
  5. Replace Your Mission Name with the desired name.

General Values

  1. Open 50466 - YourName.desc with a text editor.
  2. Replace SAME_NAME in ObjName, TextDescription, MissionBriefingText with the same desired name.

Mission Name

  1. Open EntTextDescs.txt with a text editor.
  2. Replace SAME_NAME with the value used in 50466 - YourName.desc
  3. Replace Mission Name with the desired name.

Mission Description

  1. Open Strings_AOI_Notoriety.txt with a text editor.
  2. Replace SAME_NAME with the value used in 50466 - YourName.desc
  3. Replace Mission Description with the desired description.

Adding Mission Awards

Unlock Items

  1. See Finding Entities.
  2. Download a template? or add these lines?
  3. Replace YourEntity with the desired entity.
  4. Replace HowMany with the number of entities to spawn.
RewardAvailableResourceID=YourEntity --- "Reward Available Resource" Makes the Item Buildable.

Spawn Items or People

  1. See Finding Entities.
  2. Download a template? or add these lines?
  3. Replace YourEntity with the desired entity.
RewardActualResourceID=YourEntity, HowMany --- "Reward Actual Resource" Spawns the Item or the Person on the Island.
